As a native of the PNW, Kenneth is excited to be back in a town he loves. Kenneth originally started in the housing industry as the son of a custom home builder, here in the area. Riding shotgun with his Father to local jobsites Kenneth learned to how to develop strong working relationships.  

After starting his real estate career in 1999 Kenneth discovered his passion for service and professionalism. This passion and previous experience in construction lead to Kenneth opening his own construction company in 2005, where he successfully contracted a wide variety of projects throughout the Portland metro area. From small custom work to full renovations, Kenneth’s commitment to quality has always been foremost.

In 2008 Kenneth looked to add to his experience in residential housing by taking a position in the insurance industry, working both sides of residential catastrophe claims. Once again, Kenneth’s ability to work well, directly with customers in stressful situations, shined through.  With dozens of catastrophe deployments, Kenneth works with hundreds of claimants and industry professionals, across numerous disaster zones in the US.

Meanwhile, Kenneth’s real estate a career continued to flourish. After selling real estate in Manhattan, where he met his wife Michelle, life once again provided opportunity for positive change, “We decided it was time to make the big move, back to the Northwest”. He and Michelle knew that they loved living in New York City but founds themselves longing for more outdoor activities. “The Portland area was the obvious choice. We love the ability to see a show in the city, after a day of hiking or skiing”.  Kenneth and Michelle made the move to Vancouver in 2018 and haven’t looked back. As parents of their Bernedoodle Ralph and his sister, a calico cat named Alice, Kenneth and Michelle can often be found running trails, caring for their garden and helping the community through various outreach programs.
